I incorporate a variety of techniques and modalities that are best suited for your needs. This includes a blend of Lomi Lomi, Trigger Point, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Pre-Natal, deep tissue or light compression with gentle stretching and more.
Each session may also include hot stones and cupping flow.
Finding the balance of focused or overall full body work.
Adjusting pressure to meet each client's needs.
